Cupping notes when roasted medium exhibit a round body, soft acidity, light citrus notes, chocolate notes, caramel undertones, decent finish.

PNG
Creamy, silky body, sparkling apple juice like bright acidity, sweetens as it cools with stone fruit, chocolate flavours with a yogurt like tangy mouth feel.

Whole beans only.

We roast in small batches to control all stages of the roasting process ensuring a consistent cup. We ship each order within 48 hours of roasting to bring you the freshest coffee possible.

    Just put through an order! Are these roasted for filter or espresso based brews?

      The PNG is a lighter medium roast and the Honduras is a medium roast. We brew them both ways and believe both applications work well.

      unfortunately we can not grind beans at this stage. However there are a couple deals on manual grinders on ozbargain at the moment :).
