What are you going to be doing on the monitor and what GPU do you have?
I have a MacBook Pro which as a Radeon I think. Using it mostly for uni work and web browsing. Light gaming too, Heroes of the Storm and Civ 6 are my most played.
60hz is very low for a gaming monitor, but if you're not a big gamer this shouldn't bother you. Otherwise it'll come down to how pedantic you are about colours and black as black pixels.

my pedanticness level regarding black pixels is rather low and to my understanding, running a MacBook pro, I couldn't get more than 60hz anyway.
