Looks like there are 2 scammers on that item itself.
One store with 1 star with no positive reviews and another with 1.5 stars with no positive reviews. Both for under what Amazon direct sells it for.
So at a guess id say yes very likely that there are scammers on there. :)

  Might be a fake, but when factoring in shipping it's not really much cheaper than the Amazon direct.

Yes this seller is legit.
Legitimately selling you a third party knock off of the genuine controller for half the price that is!

I own both a genuine official pro controller and a knock off i bought on ebay for about $30 and they are VERY close in terms of quality and button feel/response - if i had to choose again i would buy the knock off one.
