Anyone is able to log into Starhub Prepaid app? I can't log in to check balance.
Is there a way to check balance with text message? I am trying to recharge so it stays alive till my next trip in Nov 19.

I dialed *123# but it's not working for me…
I had the same problem, just recharge the SIM via the website and it'll work again.
If your credit is expired *123# won't work.
You will need to contact customer service who will reactivate your number and then you need to do a top up do keep it active.

Does the card automatically deduct money every so often to maintain itself?
Not that I've experienced. I just added 90 days of expiry to our Sims tonight to keep the credit active, and the $20-30 of credit we had following their use in April was still there tonight, ready to use in a few weeks.
Keep in mind that these Sims do roam - have you had them in a device without wifi when home? I'm always super cautious not to chew up credit by accodentlynuaing roaming data before buying a pack when I put the Sims in. Wouldn't take much to chew credit without a data pack enabled.
