Long time lurker, first time poster, let me know if I'm doing anything wrong!

$259.25 with code PLUSAUG15.

Saw the previous post for the Gen 2 Airpods with the OG charging case and saw that Wireless 1 were also selling with the wireless charging case. Not the best price I've seen (I believe the cheapest I've seen this is $230~) but still seems fairly decent given the normal RRP.

EDIT: thanks to user doweyy for the catch, umart's also selling them for $259 and that should be price matched + 5% price beat at officeworks, stock pending!

EDI 2: Can confirm price beating @ Officeworks through Umart does indeed work! Went to North Ryde officeworks (alot of other officeworks around Sydney lacked any stock) and paid $246.05 for the Gen 2 Airpods with wireless charging case.

  Umart also have it for $259 and you should be able to price match @ Officeworks to get it for $246.05.

    Thanks, I also went to Officeworks to price match Umart's price for wireless charging case at $270 i($259+$11 postage), so final price at officeworks $256.50

  new airpods and macbook pro are coming soon. But the deal is so tempting. 15” for ~2.9k and 245 for airpods….i dont know what to doooooo

    definitely some hard decisions, but I don't believe new airpods will be coming anytime soon? the gen 2 was announced I think in March and there'll be at least a year or more in between product refreshes given the general Apple product release timelines. New macbook seems like a matter of time though, so that may be worthwhile to hold out for.

        AirPower was cancelled more or less at the same time, so they already knew it wasn't coming. The AirPods also had some other improvements other than wireless charging.

        We may see new AirPods this year, but the wireless ones were also heavily rumored to have arrived 12 months earlier at the student event where the cheap iPad was announced and then subsequently at each product release following that. Realistically it's anyones guess, although Apple doesn't have much of a history in recent times when it comes to doing multiple hardware refreshes for the same product line within 12 months. For that reason I'd personally bet against the rumors of another model this year.

        If you do however believe the rumors, note they also include an expected substantial price increase.

          @Smigit: What I meant was that they were being delayed to release at the same time as the AirPower, but since it never came to fruition they just released the airpods 2.

          @pizzaguy: I read somewhere they were developing the first 2 gens of the AirPods similtaneously so we are likely to see a new gen sooner than you think
