Garden Shed 2.26m X 1.52m $247.05 Delivered (Metro) @ Simply Sheds

140
GET5OFF

Been looking for a 2.26m shed to fit in my garden. Found this one at Simply Sheds on 'Factory Clearance' for $219. Seems like a pretty good deal for a decent looking shed.
Shipping is $39 to most Metro areas. Use GET5OFF to get 5% off as well. Worked out to under $250 delivered.

Looks like some other sizes are also on 'Factory clearance' and a pretty good price. e.g. 3.0m X 3.0m shed would be $397.15 delivered.

"PLEASE NOTE: The sheeting for this product is not clearly marked/labelled with part numbers.

No refunds, claims, credits or exchange"

Won't bother commenting on how wrong this is but anyways.

They're predrilled which for anyone who's not an experienced tradie is a big plus.

For those happy to take the risk but not handy enough to pour a small slab, these make a great and very cheap alternative foundation for a gravel base

Yeah, I think the ACCC/Ombudsman would have something to say about that. Can't just send it out missing a few walls and not expect to give a refund/replacement… Anyway, I'm sure it'll be fine. Yeah, I don't want mine to be too permanent, so I was planning a paver base (though your link doesn't seem to go anywhere. Or just sitting it on a couple of pallets (not in an area where it has a chance to blow away).

        40x40 for half the price

So in theory better value ?

Why can't I see the details of any of these links?
Anyway… 600x600 is .36sqm, where as 400x400 is 0.16sqm. So probably not better value (If it's 1/2 price) on a coverage basis.

Don't forget the weight factor (~120kg lighter) and the time factor (you have to lay and level double the amount of pavers for this particular shed) for a potential saving of ~$12.

The pavers aren't showing on the Bunnings site for me. Details are/were:

Anston 600mm x 600mm Square Concrete Paving Slab
      I/N: 3451565
      $15.95
This large-sized square paving slab is ideal use to pave outdoor areas or used as stepping stone. Easy to install, they are a great alternative to pouring concrete for small garden sheds or water tank bases.
      Model Name: Paving Slab
      Material: Concrete Paver
      Colour: Grey
      Product Dimensions (mm): W:600 H:50 L:600
      Weight: 38kg

      • Went to my local bunnings to see if they had these since I can't see them on the website… Only 600x600 concrete pavers that I could see were $32.98 each. Almost $400 to cover a $250 shed's footprint…"
Way better off with some nicer looking 400x400 pavers for $5 from my local landscape supply place.

    • thanks this is useful information

Picked up a couple of 3m x 3m factory clearance shed a few weeks ago. Customer service was on point. From order to delivery (WA) took a little less than 2 weeks.

Haven't had the time to erect the shed yet but spent 15 mins going through the box and everything seems to be there. They've also included a pack of anchors that was optional extra during checkout

I have the 3mx3m shed from these guys, took two of us a solid day to put up, from memory it wasn't well labeled, and instruction was pretty confusing, but got there in the end! I'd definitely recommend their sheds, it's very nice, but make sure you're aware it's a lot of effort to build!

A healthy combination of beer and swearing will normally see the job to completion.

      • As well as a good area of flat surface to work on and extra room to lay parts out.
Plus no wind. Everything is flimsy until the shed is complete.

  • Is it possible to move door from middle to left or right …?
