Does any one know of any reliable service that lets me send to us address and then remail back to me in Australia?

  Used the cheap postage option, received the item about 6 weeks later no problem. You have the option to pay a bit more for express shipping with tracking numbers etc. Customer service is very good too.

  i just used http://www.priceusa.com.au/

  they are easy to deal with, i ordered snowboard gear from four seperate sites and they:

  • ordered
  • packed
  • combineded all items

  and sent them to me.

  the only thing about i have to complain is that they estimate shipping, so if you overpay shipping you have to go back and chase them up (which i haven't done yet)

    shipito charged me an $8.50 fee for the service. Plus postage cost me around $10. I only used the single package option, I didnt sign up to any virtual mailbox plans etc.

  i also used www.shipito.com- found them to be the cheapest by far and they provided a quality service. i will definately use them again and have already recommended them to several friends

  Do NOT under ANY circumstance use viaddress.com

  I had three items sent to them early this year, paid for all three items to be consolidated and shipped to me.

  • There was a long delay between paying and dispatch of items.
  • I received only 1 of 3 items (Fedex package weight confirms this, as the other 2 items were heavy.
  • They did not answer the phone (forget about the main phone number as the voice mail box is always full, P.R managers voicemail box is the only contact phone number you can leave a message (It's not made public)
  • They put a hold on my account, when a PayPal claim favoured me over them.
  • They generally ignored all messages sent, unless there was a threat of legal action.
  • I am still fighting to get my remaining items and I am down $$$
    (I even contacted Elkhart County Sheriff's Department)

  When I give up, I'll post a full thread on my experience viaddress, with all the details, as I do not want any fellow OzBargainers to be scammed.
