Bissell Vacuum Won't Turn off?

Hi. I own a Bissell Multireach 36v vacuum and the thing broke on the first day, I contacted Bissell and they sent a replacement. Good. Now about a week after I’ve had this replacement the thing will not turn off.. I contacted Bissell again and they said that it shouldn’t do that LOL. And they’ll send me another replacement, honestly don’t want another.

However I’m stuck.. how do I turn the one I have off? Do I wait for it to die? It’s super hot and loud. Any suggestions?

    Must have a big battery. Still going. Might sell the replacement lol.
    Also. Anyone want 2 dead machines?

  That's kind of hilarious that that's their reply. No s*** sherlock it shouldn't do that haha.
