i pull down the menu, and can see the colonel, but the secret menu doesnt pop up. wtf
When your finger reaches the bottom drag it to the opposite side of the screen at a slight diagonal upwards angle, then pull down some more. Repeat until menu opens.
Hold for 15 seconds.
