New Telstra Business Plans

Got the letter from Telstra this week our $39 sim plans will be moved to the new $50 plans. Had just got our 3 Phones off contract onto the $39 sim only plans this year with 7gb data shareable each. Just letting anyone know in the same boat they are negotiable if you go through to complaints, we got the $50 plans with 15gb data for $40.

May as well change them all over to Boost and save some money.

    • I need the business account.

      • What's the advantage of having the business plans? Asking as I currently just have mine on a personal account and pay it from the business anyway

I have a few iPads too so our 6 devices can all share data, can't do that on personal anymore. Also i have 1800 no connects to my mobile so don't pay for call diversion.
Also can call business direct in Melbourne if need anything not OS call centre. Mine is business account but in my name not business name.

          • @[Deactivated]: Ahh ok, fair enough. I looked at it, didn't see any point in my case. I have data share with Optus on 2 mobiles and tablet with Optus. Not much benefit for me.

@Soluble: I looked at Optus but their service is just rubbish in rural areas where i travel, even on the Central Coast Charmhaven where my parents live you get full service on Telstra and mum on Optus calls drop in and out in the house on a iPhone 8, Dad has a $50 Telstra phone and works perfect.

          • @[Deactivated]: How did you manage free 1800 number redirection?

            • @i37: On the same account, they charge for the 1800 call but not the redirection to my mobile, that't what i was told anyway.

      • How often would a device need to share data? How often would you call the business centre?

        • Ask all those on personal that have had data share taken off them and have to pay now for another seperate plan.
Not a lot but better than talking to someone you cant understand in another country.
