camera hopefully sub $200

looking for a compact camera it needs to be very good in low light and easy to use and hopefully reliable.

I have checked here all ready and read some other threads and checked out the current bargains did not see anything, but may have missed something ?

was thinking about the Canon IXUS 300 HS, but have only seen it for $270 so I think I might go for something cheaper
