EDIT: Claming the item is "in stock" is fundamentally different from "the item is at the supplier". Dodgy sellers will try their best to mix the two concepts up to confuse consumers, while truly decent sellers (as is known to all, those largest ones) will note the stock level very clearly like "in stock", "low stock", "at supplier" and "out of stock". That is why I suggest people avoid sellers who don't do that to tempt people to pay first. That is detrimental to the entire market.
Not only do their sales reps do sockpupetting, they also fake the stock level at least on ebay.
They promised on their official website that if payment is made before 2pm, there will be the same day dispatch. Have to say that is absolutely not the truth.
Yesterday bought an rtx 2070 super from their ebay store, and the stock level said more than 10 available. But guess what?
They said today that they would ship it no sooner than Friday. And in the following message they confirmed that the item would get shipped even later until next week. And they finally admitted that the item is not really in stock although it says "10+ available" - the gfx cards are peacefully lying in the warehouse of suppliers, rather than in their store.
What a joke.
Avoid Wireless 1 guys, as being dishonest must pay.
Jesus talk about an overreaction.
You didn't buy from their official website though you bought from their eBay. What's the estimated delivery date on it there? Quite openly states on their eBay listings there can be a few days handling before it's sent.
If you wanted it that quick why didn't you just buy off the official site where the make that promise?
