Battery for dell inspiron 13 (7373) is constantly showing that it is critical and needs to be replaced. Its only been 1.5 years and battery cant last long enough. It is showing 80% but says only for 16 minutes.
I would like to know if anybody bought from this website before? If not, does local repair shops provide better price or quality?
Ebay has the battery from international sellers at around $70 mark while the australian website has it for $84 including shipping.
thanks, i just talked to dell agent and was able to order a replacement battery. although it will take more time than ebay/amazon to get here.
Have you checked Dell Australia. It's not very user friendly but you might be able to find you're battery by browsing through their selection.
i did check it and was able to only find the laptop powerbank, the specific internal battery was not listed there.
1.5 yr then it should still under warranty.
Isn't battery warranty shorter than the rest of the product? I remember seeing 12 months warranty for the device and 6 months for the battery (I think it was an Asus Laptop).
1 year warranty expired on december 2018.
Maybe Amazon, can use shopback and also covered by Amazon's customer service, etc
