Am I getting a Fine for this?

So I was driving my car home from work this afternoon and was about to turn right at a intersection. I was at position A and the other biker was at position B. The light turned yellow and the biker accelerated to pass it and triggered the red light camera to flash. I am not too sure it was because of his over speeding or he crossed the red light but yeah the red light camera flashed. So in any case will I get a fine with that flash light as I think my car number plate should be in that photo.

    You only get fine if there was red sign for turning right unless you 100% sure u hade green light then it might be speeding fine for bike rider.

    If you were already in the intersection then you won't have an issue.

    Red light cameras take 2+ photos showing the position of the offending vehicle on and after crossing the line. If you were already past the line, the photos would show that in the first photo and you'll be fine.

    If you're already in the intersection before the light turns amber/red, you're fine. I've done this multiple times infront of cops.

    Don't they usually take photos from behind anyway? That red light camera would only be for traffic on the bike side

      Not always. That's why I asked above which intersection. Then look at the coils on the road & that will tell you which lanes in which direction are being monitored.
