If you want to order hosting without registering a domain name, select 'I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers' when asked.
Please note that if you transfer your domain name to us, this can take up to 48 hours to be processed by domain registrars. Talk to us before transferring so we can assist in keeping your domain online.
New client registrations will be passed through a fraud protection system. If you sign up with a free email account (gmail, hotmail etc.) your order may be placed on hold until we verify it. Orders from outside Australia will automatically be placed on hold.
We accept credit card, PayPal, direct debit and direct deposit as payment. Direct Deposit funds must clear in our bank account before the order will be completed.
Free Site Transfers
If your website is currently hosted on a cPanel account and your current host supports downloading/transferring of full backups we can transfer your website to our servers for free. If they don't support this we still may be able to transfer for free. Email [email protected] for more information.
