Amaysim giving me a headache help please

So i bought a amaysim simcard online and cant activate it. Loged in to my account and clicked activate sim (in my dashboard) but the next screen is blank.

Cant make or receive calls i already bought a $30 plan.

Also it has my credit card details saved and i cant get rid of it. How to i stop auto renewal and delete my account.

This is the worst experience ever.

    You should have used the email address to log in, if you forget ask the rep on live chat

      Just loged in with my email (on the phone browser) same thing.

      Also i think to cancel my payment option i need to call them…. this is rediculous

        • This. I couldn't buy a "pick your own" fanatical bundle the other day on my phone or iPad, but had no trouble with the laptop.

    • But they got your credit card as random/auto renew which you cant take off…. how did you get out?

      • Can't you change it to BPay and turn off auto renew via your account? That's how I've done it in the past (desktop site). Next time would recommend using PayPal because you can then manually remove any payment permissions via your PayPal account as well just to be sure.
