Been on the lookout for this for a while and it's hit my buy price (comes out to $16.84/kg). It's sold out in most stores in Australia. The Gamesmen have it for $219.95.
Not the cheapest it has ever been but still a good price.

Not sure what edition this one is but the changes between editions so far have been minor
Just that the Amazon link says revised edition discontinued.
Amazon sometimes is funny eg Forbidden Dessert!
i bought this last sale, it looks great and is probably a good game in theory, but I honestly haven't been able to tackle learning the game.
I open the box and there's just so much stuff in there. Based on reviews theres a bit of a learning curve but in terms of production quality, definitely well made.
Anyone who lives around Footscray in Melbourne, feel free to come teach my partner and I how to play it haha.
I'm a bit put off by that as well - my friends and I love to play new games, and I've created a few games as well, but now that we're all nearly functioning adults it's hard to commit the time to learn something new like this when we won't get the payoff of playing heaps. We used to play games every week, but it's more like once a month or even every second now.
Live big while you're young kids!
This is most likely not the game for someone who doesn't intend on playing it regularly, i.e. 4-5 hours a week/fortnight, in a fixed group of 2-4 people.
^this. This is a game that asks for a big commitment, probably more so then nearly any other board game - so yeah, plan accordingly.
Its so (profanity) good. We play for about 7 hours every fortnight and the time flies by. We wish we could play more. The game is addicting
I would recommend playing the digital version of Gloomhaven. I have learned how to play a number of games via a digital version, like Puerto Rico and Through the Ages, and it generally teaches me how to play the game without needing other people around.
Where?
How?
How much?
Hit Early Access on Steam in the last week for ~$35 from memory
@kapone: Yep, it's a featured game on Steam right now and was number one top seller also.
OP it says Gloomhaven Revised Edition Discontinued
Does that mean a new version is expected soon?
