good to see them looking out for the existing members also, probably not the best promotional tool, qantas lost a lot of peeps a few years back doing the same thing

I was quite excited when I saw this comp (yes, I probably need to get out more) but finding out that existing customers like me are excluded is a real kick in the guts. So well done Virgin for alienating all the people who are already loyal enough to download the app!
