Hi, I recently bought the very popular diffuser from amazon but couldn't work out how to connect the device to the app, Tuyasmart. I did what was instructed but by the end of the connecting recycle, it always comes up at timeout.
Anyone had any clues how to effective work these?

I tried both, in fact i’ve tried the air/water purifier and also the dehumidifier and they all don’t work for me.
I did noticed that the fast blinking stops at 9%, as if to suggest something is going on but then when it reaches 100%, it says timeout.
Apparently the blinking is meant to continue until 100% to complete the connection, is that true in your case?
Are you using the app on iOS?
Anyone figured this out? I bought and used in my first home and it was fine (can't remember which diffuser option or other tuya smart device I used to make it work)
But then I moved house and have new Wi-Fi and I got it working the first day, then it stopped and I have been trying to reconnect it for weeks but still can't get it working.
Starts blinking then during the connecting phase it stops and goes solid green. After I get the device not responding message it remains solid green until I have to turn it on and off again…
Very frustrating.
happened to me last night but in the app there’s two diffuser to choose from when you are setting it up. Try the other and see
I have it hooked up to the TuyaSmart app and google home. I can use voice command to change the light, but not the actual humidifier which is disappointment. Unless someone actually made it work?
