thanks OP..
Is there any outlet in Melbourne?
If you're in the east or willing to travel there, Brand Smart Nunawading has a store in there called Aspect, opposite Oroton. It sells a fairly large range of Ralph Lauren polos/shirts/pants/cardigans etc, both adult and childrens, and Oroton underwear at excellent prices.
I note in the other Ralph Lauren thread, the coupon stipulates that the up to 50% off was not eligible at Aspect stores, however, their prices are much cheaper anyway. Their everyday "standard" polo price is $39 for both men and women. They also sell a number of the better quality polos for up to I think it was $59 but don't quote me on that.
At Brand Smart's recent VIP sale day, all of the polos in store were only $39 which included the higher end ones so there were certainly bargains to be had. Each time I have been there they have had the whole range of sizes not just the very small or very large!
&carlenet - Thanks for this; I hadn't heard of this shop so I checked it out today. They were having 50% storewide, meaning Polo shirts were 27.50 each. Only problem was all they had was L and XL (mainly). It was good for women though, they seemed to have all sizes.
No worries 180bysummer. Did you check the ones in the box shelves as you enter to the left as there were many different sizes there last week!? Yes, being female I have a field day in there. :)
check the kids section too if you are a smaller guy, you can get some bargains. the clothes look exactly the same too me as well.
@carlenet - They only had XL's on the side rack. They did have a wider variety of pants though. I'm hoping to go back in a month or so and hopefully nab 2 or 3 size small polos. Do you know if they have ever stocked the Mens RL polos that have the larger more detailed patch logo (much like the Women's that they had plently of stock of)? I think they're thicker shirt quality and overall look better.
Not 100% sure of the ones you mean 180bysummer, do you mean the ones with the large horse/polo player with a number on the sleeve!? Either way, when you go next tell them what you're after because each time I have been there they have had literally 50+ boxes of stock yet to be put on the racks. Also if they don't have it there but they have stocked it before they'll take down your name and number and will give you a call once it's arrived and hold it for you.
Yep, spot on. The ones with the number on the sleeve, and the larger chest embroidery. Thanks! I'll make sure to ask next time; I'm hoping to end up with 10 shirts - 1 for each day of work for two weeks!
they always got this at birkenhenge and homebush outlet
