    From experience, I can say they do not work. I consider myself to be reasonably fit, I train 3-4 times a week and have been for 6+ years. I also spend a lot of time sitting and have pretty bad posture. After using one for about 6 months last year, thinking it would help with my posture, I lost strength and mobility in my thoracic because the gadget was doing what my back muscles should have been doing. I developed a shoulder injury early this year and am still recovering.

      Makes sense I guess. Just train back twice as much as chest shoulders and it should probably start to pull your posture back in line?

      (clearly no medical person :P )

    bought here at amazon at $8.99 but now $9.88 (free delivery with prime). work well. Bought two. May not be the same material but works well.
