Besides, i found that this rice had better firmness compared to other jasmine rice at the Asian grocery.
Jamsine rice typically harvested in two seasons. The best season is near the end of the year, the quality is much better. Asian people tend to stock a lot of these rice for a whole year (like 200-300kg for a typical household), and avoid buying the one harvested in middle of the year.
Note, this is product of Cambodia. The more expensive Sunrice (1/2Kg) are product of Australia. The one you usually find in Asian grocery is product of Thailand. Thailand boast the most rice export in the world and usually has the better product, but as explained above it can vary wildly depending on the seasons.

They use to have them in Coles - anyone know where I can get them or have they been discontinued?

Went to our local Woolies and the whole shelf is cleaned out! Might need to find a store with no Asians:-(
