              @Jaes: I mean thats bad sure, but thats a hell of a lot better then the list of side effects that a cigerette addiction brings.
              * increased risk of stroke and brain damage.
              * eye cataracts, macular degeneration, yellowing of whites of eyes.
              * loss of sense of smell and taste.
              * yellow teeth, tooth decay and bad breath.
              * cancer of the nose, lip, tongue and mouth
              etc

            @ATangk: I have read some pretty damning articles on Energy Drinks and their effect on the Human body to the point where experts straight up say do not consume if your under the age of 21 years old.

            That being said I am currently taking one of those caffeine pre-training formulas that they are going on about in the media recently…
