  • Do these 50% off on make up come often?? I know most girls never wait for bargain and just go to myer and pay full RPP for make up products.

    • The Priceline sale that covers almost all the make-up brands they stock happens a few times a year. The heavy discounts only happen for pharmacy brands - brands like Maybelline, L'Oreal, Nude by Nature, Rimmel, Revlon etc are often 40-50% off Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Target and even supermarkets. High end brands that you can only get at Myer and David Jones do not offer such big discounts, but often have gift with purchase offers.

Tell those girls about OzBargain ;)

      • Thanks Moocher. Nude by Nature and Revlon seems very popular for females. Are they classified as premium brand or cheap??

"Tell those girls about OzBargain ;)"

Yes yes, plan to reference ozbargain as my opening line on dating apps :)

Nude by Nature and Revlon would be classified as cheap. Maybe not cheap, but definitely not premium.

          • @ufwpd: Interesting, would've thought they sit in the middle.

            What's premium? Chanel?

        • Nude by Nature and Revlon are not premium, I wouldn't say they are the cheapest, say, compared to Maybelline. With premium brands you're looking at $60+ for foundation. Basically the brands you don't find in pharmacies.

        • They are mid-range. Revlon is much cheaper in the US.

      approx once every six months.
A number of brands that are stocked at Myer/DJs seldom go on sale and hence we just buy whenever we need vs waiting to stock up when there's a sale at Priceline.

Chemist warehouse regularly have 50% off makeup when you keep an eye on it. But then its only limited to rimmel, maybelline, revlon and loreal. I'd definitely take advantage of this sale for other brands and priceline normally do 40% off not 50!

Recommending the quick flick (30% off) and maybelline curvitude - eye liners.
For lipstick I love karen murell and bonjois.

  • Can we purchase any egift cards before heading off to priceline??

    • Why not, if you have access to discounted gift cards. The sale is until Friday so you should be able to get the gift card before the sale ends.

  • Looks like Shopback increased their priceline cashback from 2.8% to 6% today
