This is a good size bottle for those of you who go through 3 bottles a day. I myself don't go through that much but 2 of these bad boys and a couple of polystyrene cups for my basketball team normally earn me a few extra minutes of court time ;P

FYI - For any reason where you have to drink a lot of water in a short time, sport drink will prevent water over dose or water poisoning.
i personally find that if you're going through significant quantities of Gatorade, buying the 560g tub of powder mix ("makes 8L") works out to be cheaper. e.g. Coles has it in WA at $9.99 everyday price. but the bottles are more convenient.
Note to others…blue bolt tastes like…well…I'd put in back, no problems with the orange though :)
