Is Buying a LG G6 now for $402 stupid?

Hi all i'm looking a a new phone with good audio, the LG G6 caught my interest with the Free Ebay plus for a month so free delivery and POLAR20 Code, I can get a LG G6 for $402 AU STOCK would that be considered a stupid buy? i'm not a heavy user at all TBH i don't even use a Sim card and social media, i just want a nice phone for occasional gaming, taking some decent photo but most importantly good audio quality i really want the LG G7 but they don't sell the grey colour anymore which is the only colour i like and the LG V30+ is too big for me but i will reconsider, so that leaves the LG G6 as my only affordable option left.

EDIT: it is stupid i will wait for the G7 to drop in price thanks for those who helped me with the polls

      i would but the grey one was $50 dollars cheaper if i recall but turns out Australia did get other colours then grey so thats fine i thought it was just black that was the other colour.

    If you're going to buy a 2017 phone, at least get it with Snapdragon 835 like the Sony Xperia XZ series. That way you can be on Android 9 instead of 8.

        Then V30 is your only choice, or splash for the G7 (not sure if it has the DAC).

    Don't buy G6 being using it, size is ok. But it is slow and most importantly the Sim tray break too easily. Just buy G6 V20 or Nokia 7 plus

    Buy a Motorola Razr. I've seen on tv how people with this phone can flip around and use the phone as a weapon, like a razor in fact.
