After much searching for a rate for my US trip in July, found this as the cheapest by far. Also gave good car rental coverage. Tip with most travel insurance - If travelling as a couple its cheaper to select a policy for 1 which covers car rental, for the person who rents the car, then select a cheaper policy - no car rental cover, for the partner.
As for claims - I have no experience as I didn't need to make one.
