Does this cost for parts decent enough? I have no idea on car parts.
$309 passengers wheel cylinders leak
$88 wheel alignment
$400 top rubbershock absorbers, both sides

Honda jazz. Year 2004 model
Sounds like Suspension components.
Including Installation, probably about right.
Probs a separate line to add labour costs
The bump stops (I presume that's what "top rubbershock absorbers" are) seem expensive, otherwise looks good.
I think he means strut top mounts, which sounds about right.
Sounds about right.
You'd probably be charged 1-2 hrs of labour as well.
Yes.

Needs more info. I assume rear wheel cylinders on drum brakes? These are best done in pairs. Have the brake linings been contaminated with brake fluid? What are they doing with the brake drums - clean or a skim?
$88 wheel alignment
That would be fair for a 4 wheel alignment.

Do you mean strut top mounts? The parts are anywhere from $40-$90 each side. There's about an hours +-15mins labour per side so the price is somewhere in the ballpark. If you intend keeping the car for another 5 years and have the spare money then consider doing the struts as well if they feel a bit bouncy (you don't say your mileage). That would add another $200-$300 in parts but the labour would be the same.
What warranty do they offer? Important
I don't think anyone here will be able to help you with the very limited information you've provided. I'll be starting with the make/model and year of manufacture of the car.
