Got this last year - or one similar.

The recipes in last years book were all completely full of sugar. I don't think the kids and I actually cooked any of them.

  Well yeah… Pretty much what jv said. They are kids recipes, from Nestle.. If you want healthy items, maybe don't pick a book provided by a major supplier of sweets?
  
  My daughter actually got the Junior MasterChef cookbook for Christmas from a friend, and most of the recipes are great, and healthy.
