Notifications Not Working?

I maybe an idiot but my notifications haven't been working for the last month on OzBargain, Anyone know why?

  Your settings:

  My Account - Subscriptions - Threads is set to:

  Auto-subscribe
  For the threads that I create or comment on, I want to be automatically notified of:
  ⬜ every new comment
  ⬜ new replies to my comments and top-level comments if I am the original poster
  ✅ no notifications

  Notifications
  ⬜ Email ✅ Web

  and your last subscribed thread was from last month as you said.
