Soundpeats for Phone Calls

Hi All,

Looking at buying some Soundpeat headphones to wireless/bluetooth usage with an iPhone XS.
Primarily, they would be used for phone calls.

What is the most appropriate model for this use?
Secondly, do you need to reconnect them to the phone each time it rings or when you need to make a call, or are they always connected?

  • While they are great earphones, the mic quality is very average. Maybe if you were always going to be in quiet surroundings they'd be alright.

    • +1, they're good for cheap chinese headphones but nothing special.

I use a plantronics voyager legend in the office and a voyager 5200 when out. They may cost ~$120-150 a headset but the quality, and noise cancelling on the mic is second to none. That is assuming these are for work.

      • They are 100% for work, so that's very valuable feedback to hear. Will look into the Voyager Legend's.

        • +1

The legends are the older models but work well and you can pick them up cheaper. The noise cancelling on the 5200 is insane, could have the windows down in my car and hold a conversation on it.

If you want something more gym-style / better for music Jabra make a couple with multiple mics for noise cancelling as-well but they're not quite as good.
