You appear to be on a crusade here, friend. Let me fill you in; nobody here thinks chicken nuggets are anything other than they are, cheap, awful, completely devoid of nutritional value, but tasty as a treat.
Most people here are adults and make adult decisions on what they decide to eat. Most people here are likely to eat well most of the time, but they're allowed to scoff junk food if they feel like it, because they're adults.
By pointing out the obvious, all you're doing is appearing to be condescending, even if that's not your intention. Let people make their own choices about what they consume, and they'll treat you with the same respect.
