Possible Scam or Legit? (eBay Listing Samsung 28" LED LCD Monitor $65.00)

Looking to buy a cheapie monitor to go with a gaming PC I'm setting up and stumbled across this on eBay.

Thoughts? Apologies if it seems obvious or if I can't see something.

  Scam or massive pricing error. Given they have copied futu online website and if they are a seller with an account since 2012 but not more than 70 odd feedback, seems like scam or account hijack.

  Also Futu online store sells for $425.00, so definitely a scam…………..
