PS4 Still Not Delivered from BigW eBay Sale

Hi everyone,

I ordered a PlayStation 4 Slim from BigW's eBay store a couple of weeks ago (June 20th) with the understanding that it would arrive around June 25th - June 28th. However, it hasn't even been shipped as of this morning. I've emailed them a couple of times to ask about it and was advised that it my case was "the highest priority" around 2 days ago, and yet still no delivery announcement. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, or have had the same problem and what they did about it. This is the first time my order from eBay was not shipped on time and I was wondering what people here usually do about it.

    If the item still hasn't been shipped. Ask if you can just pick up in store.

    Hi, I made my first order from bigw eBay as well, Mario kart switch, it apparently got delivered yesterday really long shipping and deployment times, very shocking, doubt I will buy from them again. Just thought I would share my own experience

    My Xbox one s was delivered two days ago although the delivery was supposed to happen between June 25-28
