Good deal. Works out to be $8.60 per month. Says for new subscribers only but I'm a returning subscriber and didn't have any problems.

I've tried a few meditation apps and Headspace is my preference but there are a few others out there that are good, including the Australian made 'Smiling Mind' app which is quite good too and free (though you're encouraged to donate).

    I take it you've never used the app.

    There is foundation exercises, that transition into Pro exercises where the only prompts are at the beginning and end of each allowing the gradual learning of sittin in silence.

    There is also packs focused on specific types of meditation (noting/visualisation etc.)

    As well as semi and completely unguided meditations.
