You will get 8 GB USB plus the software. And not everyone wants to search internet and try all the free software out there which maybe of questionable quality.
8GB? That’s ground breaking. I’d rather buy a 32GB and using my ozbargain skillz to find free software and still have change from $11 + delivery
Literally just bought a 32GB USB yesterday for $10 and got a 64GB for free.
How do you know this software is not of questionable quality? In fact, my experience is that open source software are generally of higher quality than no name paid software.
I'm not saying you're wrong but ABBYY are hardly no name. One of the big players in the document capture space.
You're right but in the time it takes to receive the order, pack it, ship it and transport times I could have found 9 pieces of software that did it just as well and for free.
Its a bargain if you need an 8gb usb to place under an uneven wobbly table leg
I haven't tried the software (bought from TightArse's deal last year) but I'm fairly certain the software is now obsolete and no longer receiving updates
PDF Transformer+ for example no longer exists on their website because it's now a standard function in one it's bigger flagship apps, FineReader 14. Just an FYI before you purchase.
That's a joke right? Three pieces of software which are probably open-source freeware bundled onto a USB and given a launcher. They think that's worth $129? I can get software that does all three for free, without having to pay a cent.
