Replacement Tablet for an Old Nexus 7

Hi All,

So my old Nexus 7 is finally dying a slow death and not having looked at the tablet market for a while was wondering what are the better models out there today to replace it with?

  I think the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 is probably the best replacement. Techtablets have a review after 10 months of use and rate it as the best 8" tablet.

  It also has a large dev community so if you don't like MIUI you can flash something like Havoc OS that gives you the more stock Android experience with improvements.

  Bravo for getting it to last this long - Mine died like 4 years ago - Just refused to turn on one day.

  I like the Lenovo M10. It was ~299. We don't use it for much, Plex and reading eggs mostly so it's more than capable.
