      I actually feel the opposite about Ready Player One, thought the book was poorly written, wish fantasy. Where as the movie was a fun spectacle at least.

          Fair enough, I just reckon there are sooo many far better books out there. It was pretty much a new age Charlie and the Chocolate factory. It was meh to me. far better sci fi books out there.

    David Goggins - Can't Hurt Me
    is my recommendation. Really raw delivery but is definitely a great motivational story if you want work hard to improve yourself in anyway.

    So how does this work? I see I have 1 audible credit. Can I only use my credit once a month else I have to pay the book fee on top for my second book?

      You pay a monthly subscription fee.
      This gives you one credit every month to use towards any book you want.

      Any additional books you want, you pay for at a discounted members price.

      If you don't like a book (even after listing to the entire thing), you can swap it for another book within 365 days from the initial purchase.. pretty easy to do.

      You can quit any time you like (no contracts), and you keep the books you have already purchased or used your credit on even if you quit your subscription.

      I don't think you can cancel it immediately (you should wait 2 months until you have the third credit), but you do it here:

      If you cancel immediately you will lose the credit you start with if you haven't spent it.

    Can confirm I have used an Audible 6 month trial in the past and this one still worked.

      When you subscribed did it indicate on the page before you were going to get the trial/3 months free.
      When I sign into my unsubscribed Audible account and go through to checkout it just looks like a normal subscription, says 1 credit for every month subscribed and says nothing about the 3 month trial

        This is normal, I had the same thing happen.

        When you log online and go into you account setting there will be a section that shows you are on a trial sub. I think it's under subscription maybe?..

        I have never paid for a subscription, I cancelled after the last free sub.

        I do have Prime, and have been paying for that for a while now.

    It showed the 3 months promo when I signed in, but on my Audible account page it says "Your next bill date is: 14/08/2019". Anyone else?

      Update: I contacted Audible live chat, and they said that the bill date is only reflective of when the next credit is applied – not when the trial actually ends.
