Wait for the 11, for price reasons or features? Is the XS likely to become cheaper when the new model is announced?
XI will be similar RRP price as the XS so you get the latest for same money.
XS will decrease in price so if you don't want the XI, you'll still save on XS.
Stay away from the seller my-phonez on eBay. They claim to sell brand new but the box comes opened and your phone is touched.
As for brick and mortar stores, try HN if you have the Amex deal saved. I think the offer expires this Sunday.
