So…you're saying it is a deal then.
Read the title as 400 QTY and thought 'here we go again'…
Edit: That's better, thanks mod.
These things are getting so cheap lately.
I personally prefer the Samsung 512GB Evo Plus which is a U3 card. I paid $135 for mine, and there have probably been better deals since then.
Depends on your use case. For Switch anything better than a U1 speed card is a waste of money and these 400GB Sandisk's seem to be the sweet spot for GB per dollar perspective. The cheapest I could find the Samsung EVO Plus 512GB card on eBay was $146 so still a bit too pricey.
Sure switch cannot utilise the continues write of U3 but, it will very much benefit from random read and writes of A1/A2 cards, additionally transferring file to PC will instantly benefit from a high speed card (backing up videos it's much better with a faster speed)
Insert obligatory Lexar 512GB microSDXC comment
$102 :D
Serious? Drat, I bought a Samsung 512GB for my Surface Book 2 a couple of weeks ago!! Wasn't $102…
Where?
$102.29 + $10.23 GST
@deepness: Amazing thanks! I'll wait for a sitewide sale then use my 10% giftcards for ~$80!
I bought the Lexar ignoring all the negativity I read online about it dying within a year etc.
Card arrived, plugged it in, looked sweet. Did a write test and it literally died 20mins in. Completely dead. Never had a card fail on me like that so quickly.
Buyer beware.
Thanks for that, was going to get one for my Samsung S10, looks like I might get a SanDisk instead.
Anyone tried a cheap low profile SD card adapter with one of these?
There are branded adapters but they are 10 times the price:

https://shop.baseqi.comEven that Baseqi one had some poor reviews when I was considering one for my Surface Book.
I've been using a BaseQi in my day 1 Surface Book 2 with no issues.
Good to hear. I may spring for one.
Price drop - these cards are currently $91.88 at the link above
Some comments for this seller indicates some of the smaller models are fake. Be cautious of the 400Gb model. I was going to buy but think I'll hold off now.
No adapter no deal
