Lowepro Whistler 450 AW 4-Season Ultra-Resistant Backpack for Outdoor Photography Equipment and Essential Wilderness Gear (from Amazon's listing).

Very well regarded bag for use in snow, cross country, wet environments. Just dropped from $400. It has been superseded by the AW II, which amazon is selling for $419 (also great price) but the new version doesn't come with a removable ICU and you can access gear from the top, somewhat reducing its security.

    It's not for everyone but if you're after a backpack that will protect your gear in extreme conditions this is hard to beat.

    Well there's a newer version of the same style/design. The AW II supersedes/makes obsolete/replaces the AW I version.
