Has Scoopon lost one of their biggest clients?

Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics have used Scoopon repeatedly all over the country. Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. They have offered Lippodissolve, facial fillers, botox, and other face and body treatments. I think several of their deals in Perth have been in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, each. They have offered many deals. A very valuable client I would think. (BTW Renaissance offers a very high quality service that is veryu efficient, even if it has become more cumbersome to book.)

Renaissance is now being offered through StarDeals today in Sydney. Scoopon has some other Lippo-type treatment being offered as well in either Sydney or Melbourne today.

Wonder what happenned? Very interesting. Hopefully this increased competition will end up being good for the consumer. I would rather buy through Star Deals than scoopon, all other things being equal, even with a quality merchant such as Renaissance where I feel there is very little risk of being screwed.
