would a write speed of 10mbs be ok for just extra storage?

        defiantly

        • cheers thanks

@bigmanlukaku: So you are ready to defy any extra speed?

            • +2

@jackspratt: Chuckle … perhaps he meant it would function as a good extra storage device with 'firm resolve'?!? Or that it would defy any attempts to hack into it/data-breaches?!? lolol

depends how you plan on storing things

are you copying a few hundred mb at a time? imo ok

fill the whole 128gb at one time? 3 hours + if a card can only write 10mb/s

    • I just paid $27 for 128GB and I thought the price was okay, does not look so good now :(

      Thanks for posting.

thanks got the 64 for 9

64GB for $9 is a bargain in my eyes. Time to give away all my crappy 512MB, 1GB and various 2GB microSDs lying in my drawers. Lol…

You read my mind, I've just bought 3 of the 128GB ones for $17 each, I also have a ton of 1GB-8GB SD cards floating around which I am NEVER going to use…

If you have a bunch of tiny ones that you're gonna dump anyway, I'll shoot you some dosh for postage and a few bucks (idk, whatever you think's fair, I don't know how many you have either dude) for them. I love using the smallest card I can in my BittBoys and shit, don't like having wasted space there. I also, fun fact, have all 30 seasons of The Simpsons (and the movie) in 3GP format shoved on a single 8GB Micro SD in my old BlackBerry.

Happy with 32Gb for $7! Thanks OP!

Thank you! Just ordered 2x 128 for $34!!

These aren't suitable for 4K. They are rated for only 40MBps.

These have half the write speed of the Samsung EVO Plus series. They are cheap for what they are, but they have their limits.
