Difference between WD My Book Elite & WD Elements Desktop External HDD

Hi Guys

Am looking for buying external HDD. Currently Officeworks is selling WD Book Elite 1TB and Elements Desktop 1TB with the same price ($69). Am not high tech person and wondering which one is better.
