Posting this on behalf of a friend
They booked 2 return tickets through the Oman air website. Paid using a debit card and confirmation page appeared with a booking reference number.
Now, 2 weeks later, there is no evidence of the booking. No money has been taken out of the account. There was no confirmation email. They called Oman air and they could find no booking using that reference number.
Any ideas what may have happened?
Sounds like a glitch happened maybe with their website or payments processor
But he should have contacted them same day or day after if he didnt get an email or any money taken out
