$59 for a Pixel 3 and 30GB monthly data.
$69 for 100GB data.
Seems like a great deal! Until June 30.

Not on an Android running a clean launcher.
Shame there is no international calls :(
A bit pricier, but $106 for 200GB data, unlimited international calls and 4GB roaming data
Kind of. But this is directly through Optus. Other deal was Harvey normal verbal deal.
also, not sure if $100 gift card from Harvey Norman still available
if its not available HN always give 10% off 24m contracts
Rang Harvey Norman on the weekend. No more 10% off plans. Current offer is $100 GC for plans under $69 and $200 GC for plans greater. Also included free google nest hub. Yes, pity no international calls on $59 plan. Would've been more palatable. Then again comparing with Telstra's new plans this is a relative bargain.
you are better off with the $69 plan for 100GB of data then :) + $200 cash card + Google Nest Hub
If I need that much data then yes. Otherwise It's more than sufficient.
@juliank: not really, given your plan costs $10 extra per month is $240 for 2 years then you have $200 cash card to compensate it :)
oh thast shi t, better off buying outright & going on sim only nowadays depending on how much data you need
The math:
30gb with Jeenee (Optus reseller) is $29.90/month. Over 24 months that's a difference of $698.40, which is what you're paying for the Pixel 3. Not that great a deal.
The 100gb deal might be worth it if you already need that much data.
$698 is a cheap Pixel 3.
Still quite a bit behind the recent JB HiFi-Telstra deal. That was a total of $907 over (a shorter) 12 months for the Pixel 3 and 60gb per month. Even if we took the comparative cost of 60gb per month to be $29.90 (too cheap to exist, but for comparison's sake), that would bring the cost of the Pixel 3 to $548.20. Now that's cheap.
Just about to say this.
People were also managing to contract change to $59 a month and more value.@dasher86: My calculations included a successful change to $59 a month.
Is this JB HiFi deal still available?
@higherdestiny: Unfortunately no. It ended the day before yesterday. There's a post on OzBargain about it.
Has anyone managed to negotiate more data?
4gb ram is deal breaker in 2019.
