After a few hours of searching, I found this to be the best deal for the 128gb 6gb ram version.
The 64gb 4gb version is actually more expensive @ $309.
I plan to cover the not so great gold with a nice case.
No nfc, no band 28, no micro SD.

Dude you can get these on Aliexpress for around $200-220
That's probably the 64GB version you're looking at.
The 128GB seems to go for around $300 + shipping.
But even then this still isn't a good deal.
We are not all as awesome as you my friend.
Also, I suggest pointing out to others about this phone's lack of band28 and NFC while you're at it.
No one will ever need more than 640KB.
same.
Yeah, for the 32/64 gb 4gb version. This has twice the space and more ram. Plus you still need to factor in gst with bangers.
What does it mean to have no band 28?
Doesn't contain all the frequencies required for full Telstra reception.
Google it for a more detailed answer and impacts.
Also no full Optus reception.
64 GB version is better value. You can find it for about $220 delivered
Ready to dispose my Mi A1, as it's always killing every current program when I swith to another one
Awful, especially when getting the code of myGov to access to govt apps like centrelink or uploading attachments from the phone gallery.
Quite sure the 'Killing every activity' switch in the developer mode is off.
Is there any problem about the phone or the orginal Android system?
Different ram and storage. Would prefer the 128g.
Closer to $200 here https://www.tobydealsau.com/en_AU/product/xiaomi-mi-a2-4gb-6… for 64gb
