  • I was interested in water flossers until I learnt that I would still need to floss with string. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/adult-health/ex…

In practice, what I've found is that after rigorously flossing, then brushing my teeth, water flossing even after that will dislodge a non-zero amount of things without fail (sometimes less, sometimes more, a lot more).

If anything I enjoy the feeling of water flossing, so I do it anyway considering that is gets things that neither flossing nor brushing managed to remove.

I'm agree with the above. water is better than Normal flossing

    • Yes, string floss the is most important. You don't need water flossers if you never had cavities with your usual cleaning routine. If your teeth are all over the place (e.g. wisdom teeth eruption) then you need water flosser to reach places string floss cannot.

Stupid question: why do the tips need replacing?

    • They have rubber bits on the top, that may wear out? I have had one for a year, have broke one tip and have had none of the rest come close to wearing out. The tips have different jet widths, perhaps they are just refering to choosing a sharper jet?

    • I have a Panasonic one from 3 years ago. Even though I wash them with soap every week, the inside is still gunky. How do I know? Once it fell down, I stepped on it, I screamed, then it broke in half.

  • Interested replacing my waterpik but don't want get disappointed (again) with Kogan products….

This is a great product I have 2 of them one for my teeth and the other one I use after making a toilet. Way cheaper than having a bidet installed

Hope you will never misplace and use one with other.

      • I have done this once since the incident I have labeled one with toilet on it and one with mouth.

  • I think if you brush twice daily and floss once, you'll get most out.

I've always been curious about these, but it may be a waste of money? Too many gadgets lol

  • Thanks Kogan bought one.
