ShopBack Rejections + Woolworths ~ Partial Refunds

So I've noticed recently in my Shopback history that my Woolworth claims have been Rejected: Unsuccessful Cashback/Bonus. I always pay with credit card as I know of the giftcard rejection rule.

Most likely - "Your order was cancelled, returned or exchanged, partially or fully."

I've been buying meat etc and there's always a partial refund due to discrepancies in weight for the meat.

Has anyone else noticed this?

edit: I've emailed shopback ~ but kinda annoyed (even though its on a couple of dollars).

    That's really unfortunate.
    Hopefully they can sort it out.

    Clearly weighed products shouldn't cause a rejection.

    What browser do you use? Mine always track when using Chrome, but with Edge I had so much trouble.

      tracking is fine ~

      logs in the history - but they've been just "rejecting"
