Acceptable Prices For Second Hand Herman Miller Chairs

Hey guys, generally what are the accepted prices for second hand Herman Miller chairs like the aeron and mirra 2?
Seems to be a little variance online. Looking at a 2 year old mirra 2 right now and they'll accept $500 for it.

Does that seem fair?

    I bought a used Aeron size B with armrest in near perfect condition for $440 last year and a great condition Herman Miller Sayl for $250.

    So deals can be had if you just wait and keep checking gumtree, marketplace and eBay.
